I decided when I was 24 that I wanted to become a Doctor of Chiropractic after having lower back pain due to a herniated lumbar (low back) disc. I began getting adjusted and within a few weeks I was pain free and had my life back. I knew then that I wanted to help others through chiropractic and I began my journey toward becoming a chiropractor. After completing my Bachelors of Science degree, I moved to Davenport, Iowa to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic.
Following graduation I wanted to go somewhere new and ultimately decided to accept a position in the Metro Detroit area. I have fallen in love with Michigan and chose to make it my permanent home. In 2017 I had the opportunity to buy Integrity Health & Wellness in Jackson and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I love the Jackson area and the community, and the patients have all been incredible. I’m so excited to be a part of the Jackson community and I look forward to continuing to serve its residents in our office.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and certified Pilates teacher. I am a graduate of Irene’s School of Myomassology. What I love most about being a massage therapist is creating a safe and nurturing space for my clients to unwind, finding peace and comfort in their bodies. The daily challenges of life can be harsh on our physical bodies, and massage helps to reduce those symptoms. Whether you’re suffering from pain and tension, limited mobility, or just needing to relax, my massages are designed with your unique needs in mind. Some techniques that may be used include myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedic testing and treatment, Swedish and deep tissue.
